Mila needs a family to fit her cheerful energy! Her caregivers describe her as a bubbly, energetic and loving girl. Around familiar people, she is very social but more reserved around unfamiliar people. She recently started becoming more affectionate with her caregivers, and now she regularly gives hugs and kisses. Mila's caregivers remark on her laugh and exuberant passion for life!

She loves singing, dancing, drawing and playing dress-up. She especially loves being able to pick out her own outfits and pretty shoes when playing dress up. Mila also recently started swimming lessons. She loves being in the water! A typical lunch for Mila includes fruit, a sandwich and juice. Mila has strong opinions about certain foods, and caregivers say she can be a fussy eater.

Currently, Mila attends pre-school. Her caregivers say she adjusted well to the classroom and is excited to go every morning. Her latest report card said she follows instructions, understands most words and recognizes shapes and colors. At school, her favorite activity is to build with blocks.

Mila needs a family who has plenty of time and attention to devote to this fun-loving girl. The ideal family for Mila will understand developmental trauma and the effects of grief and loss. They should have access to educational, occupational and speech support.
