Many children in Hong Kong are waiting for a permanent, loving family
In Hong Kong, both older and younger children with moderate to major special needs are waiting for families through international adoption. Children receive exceptional care in nurturing foster families or group homes while they wait, and each child has a social work case manager who follows their progress and provides support. Please note that only families who live in a state with a Holt branch office are currently eligible for our Hong Kong program.
The Hong Kong adoption program is available to families in 14 U.S. states
Holt has branch offices in the states of Alaska, California, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin.
Families should identify a specific child on the Hong Kong waiting child photolisting as the first step in this program. From there, Holt’s U.S. staff will work closely with you to ensure you feel informed and prepared throughout the adoption process.
