Four-year-old Rami needs an adoptive family! He is described as helpful, active and playful.
Rami enjoys going to school. He is doing well and is developmentally on-target. At four years old, he can count to 20, knows his colors and sings nursery rhymes. Some of his favorite activities are playing outside (where he loves to climb the jungle gym!), doing puzzles, playing with playdough and painting. His favorite things to watch on TV are educational shows. He also loves food!
Rami has a positive attachment to his caregiver and his foster siblings. He can do many things independently, like making his bed and putting his clothes away. He loves to assist with chores and is always offering to help his caregiver. He is very attentive to his foster siblings and enjoys helping them by showing them how to do things around the house, like putting on their shoes!
Currently, Rami has no identified medical or developmental needs and he attends play therapy to help him communicate his emotions. Rami needs an adoptive family who is familiar with or willing to learn about the long-term impact of prenatal exposures and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) parenting strategies. His adoptive family should have access to excellent emotional and educational resources to help Rami thrive as he grows up!
