Outgoing and friendly Porter recently turned four years old and he is waiting for a loving adoptive family!
Porter is social and loves when caregivers and others talk to him. He enjoys giving out “high fives” and hugs! He is very ticklish and loves to laugh. He likes toys that make sounds and ride-on cars. When he has some of his favorite toys, he plays well on his own. His caregivers describe him as a well-behaved boy who enjoys participating in activities.
Porter has some special needs. He has infantile esotropia (crossed eyes) and has autism. Porter does not speak with words and he lets his caregivers know what he is interested in through gestures and sounds. He follows simple directions well.
