Twelve-year-old Perry needs an adoptive family!
Perry is described as polite, helpful and quiet, but he opens up around his closest friends from school! His teacher says he is cheerful and willing to share with his peers. His favorite class is computers and technology! His dream is to be a successful computer programmer who works with innovative companies.
Some of Perry’s favorite activities include games on his iPad, Legos, reading and playing board games. He also likes to play basketball or ride bikes with his neighbors. His current caregivers like to take him hiking, on short trips or out to eat. He is not picky and loves a variety of foods!
Perry is in good overall health and has successfully overcome some delays. He has some mild high-tone hearing loss in one ear which is being monitored. He is diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and takes medication to manage it.
Perry needs an adoptive family who will encourage him and build his confidence so he can reach his full potential! The best adoptive family for Perry will have knowledge of or be willing to learn about older child adoption, access to excellent educational and therapeutic resources and able to help Perry stay connected to his culture of birth.
