When you speak to her, she will look at you and smile. Thea responds when her name is called and, when especially excited, expresses her joy with a happy squeal. She has learned to hold and shake hands and is currently practicing her grip.
Thea’s ideal adoptive family will provide her with a loving home filled with lifelong care, encouragement and educational support to help her thrive and reach her full potential.
