Hi, I'm Thien Khoi
I'm a boy, 2 years old and live in Vietnam.
Khoi lives with his parents, three brothers, and two sisters in a low-income household. Unable to afford boarding school, he attends classes in the mornings and stays home in the afternoons. His father is a hired acacia harvester, and his mother primarily cares for Khoi, working occasionally as a field helper. Their income fluctuates, making it insufficient for basic needs, let alone Khoi's education and nutrition. Luckily, daycare support from Holt Vietnam allows him to attend school all day, enabling his mother to work full-time and boost the family’s income.
