Hi, I'm Duc Chinh
I'm a boy, 2 years old and live in Vietnam.
Chinh's father passed away, leaving his wife and three children devastated. Following this loss, his mother became the family's sole provider, managing about 2 acres of farmland with 40 young durian trees. Unfortunately, the durians are not ready for harvest. She also grows corn and bananas for the family and occasionally does hired work, like cultivating coffee and durian grass, to earn extra income, although this is inconsistent. Her earnings are insufficient for the family's expenses, including school supplies. To improve their situation, Chinh’s mother received financial support from our FPR program to start a chicken farming business, aimed at boosting their income and ensuring the children can continue their education.
