Hi, I'm Phong Thinh
I'm a boy, 12 years old and live in Vietnam.
Thinh comes from a low-income household with his mother and older sister. After her husband’s death, his mother became the sole provider, selling seafood like oysters and clams, and peeling lotus seeds for extra money. Despite her hard work, the family struggles to cover basic expenses and repay a bank loan for home renovations. This financial strain also limits school supplies for Thinh and his sister. Thankfully, she received support from our FPR program to expand her seafood business, enabling her to buy and sell larger quantities, which will improve the family’s income.
