Hi, I'm Tan Nho
I'm a boy, 8 years old and live in Vietnam.
Nho comes from a low-income household. His parents separated, and his mother took her children to live with her biological mother. The family faces challenging circumstances. Nho’s grandma is in terrible health and is now crippled. It is crucial to have a caregiver support her in tasks, and Nho’s mother must stay at home for this purpose. The family’s financial burden lies entirely on his aunt. As a hired laborer, her income fluctuates based on the tasks available and the needs of her employers, making it challenging to cover their daily expenses. She struggles to make ends meet and pay for school supplies for her sister's children, since two are in elementary school and one is in kindergarten. This circumstance may have negative effects on the children's schooling. Fortunately, the family got assistance from our educational support program, allowing Nho to continue attending school and alleviating the financial strain associated with his school supplies for the current academic year.
