Hi, I'm Hai
I'm a boy, 5 years old and live in Vietnam.
Hoang Ngoc Hai’s family is one of households living under poverty line in Xuan Quang hamlet, Doi Binh district, Hanoi, Vietnam. He lives with his mother, maternal grandparents and two older sisters. His father moved back to his hometown due to unemployment, and does not provide child care support to his mother. His mother is a seasonal factory worker. Her income and employment status change month to month. His grandmother tries to support the family by rice farming, but the harvest is even insufficient for family consumption. The family has a loan of $800 with monthly repayment of $10, the money was used to cover Hai’s examination fee and treatment therapy for his hyperactivity and attention deficit (ADHD) condition and speaking delay.
