Hi, I'm Hoc
I'm a boy, 8 years old and live in Vietnam.
The family is facing an economic crisis because more than half of the mother’s (40) capital from selling vegetables and fruits was spent on hospital expenses for the child's gastrointestinal treatment in October 2024. The oldest daughter, Vy Hao, has had cerebral palsy since childhood and requires specialized medication not covered by standard healthcare when hospitalized. The family’s income from the mother’s vegetable and fruit business and the father’s (44) job as a house painter has significantly declined, making it impossible to cover basic living and educational expenses for their four children (7, 8, 13, and 15 years old) as well as the cost of Vy Hao’s regular medication.
