Millicent's birth father is presently detained while the birth mother abandoned her. Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office referred her for proper intervention and case management. Millicent was physically in good health and had no physical disabilities upon admission. She had a mild cough and cold and was given proper medication. The whereabouts of her birth mother are unknown, while the birth father's case has no bail.
