Hi, I'm Kakda
I'm a boy, 6 years old and live in Cambodia.
Kakda was introduced to Holt by the commune committee of women and children. He lives under the care of his parents in a rented room. His parents had little daily income, so it was difficult for them to support their children's education, so they really need support from Holt Cambodia. The father is the main supporter of the family. He is a fisherman. The mother just stays home and looks after the children. The parent is valuable to a child's education, so they need our support to ensure their child can get a better education. Holt Cambodia will work closely with the family and children by strongly encouraging the child to study and showing him the importance of higher education, health, and other life skills. We are supporting Kakda today to make sure he can go to school regularly and get good results from studying. In addition, we support the parents of children with special needs and hope they can improve their family situation.
