Hi, I'm EySin
I'm a girl, 4 years old and live in Cambodia.
EySin was enrolled in the community preschool by her parents. Her age was right for schooling and her parents believed that going to school could help her prepare well for grade 1. EySin lives with her parents, grandparents, and an uncle. She is a single child in the family. Her parents work in the factory in Phnom Penh, and earn 250$ a month each. Her uncle is a welder, and earns 7$ a day. Her grandparents are farmers; they grow rice and raise some animals. This family has sufficient food to eat and is better financially, but their children lack proper education because the public school is far from home. That is why they would like EySin to study at a community preschool nearby, which is supported by Holt-International.
