Kalens' parents have entrusted him to the care of grandfather, who has limited mobility. His mother lives far away from him, and his father abandons him for lack of possibilities. His grandparents are concerned about his education, and since they do not have the necessary means to send him to a paying school, they entrust him to the Fontana Foundation's school in the hope that he will find a sponsor who can help him in his studies.
He is a small and robust boy who enjoys a good health. He has no handicap that could prevent him from evolving or growing.
Kalens' parents live separately and doesn't care for their child. They leave him to his grandparents who, because of their old age and economic situation, cannot provide for all his needs and education as they should.
