Jeffy is a smiley seven-year-old waiting for a permanent, loving family! A Families Not Finances grant is available to help find a loving adoptive family for Jeffy.

Jeffy's caregivers describe him as bright, curious and a little bit introverted. When he first meets someone new, Jeffy smiles shyly and speaks softly, but he opens up around people he trusts. Jeffy is good at communicating and expresses his thoughts and feelings clearly to his caregivers. He enjoys playing with his caregivers and the other children in his center, and some of his favorite activities are listening to music and playing outdoors.

Jeffy has a medical condition that makes his arms and legs stiff, restricting physical movement. He often needs help from his caregivers to do tasks. Although Jeffy needs extra help, his caregivers say that he is “firm in spirit!” He is determined and thinks of new and creative ways to move around, have snacks and play with toys independently. Jeffy attends therapy each day.
