In 2019, Holt International reestablished an adoption program in Hong Kong to help find families for children with special needs.
Holt’s Hong Kong program is one of three Holt adoption programs in the China region. Children waiting for families include boys and girls, ages 1-15, with moderate to major medical or developmental special needs.
