Hi, I'm Khoi
I'm a boy, 4 years old and live in Vietnam.
Tran Dang Khoi is the first of two children born to Mr. Tran Duc Toan and Mrs. Tran Thi Lan. His parents have normal health but both of their children have health concerns. Khoi was diagnosed with mental disabilities and developmental delay; he receives monthly government grant for persons with severe disabilities. Khoi’ younger sister, Tran Thu Huong, suffers from epilepsy and must be treated with regular medication. Due to the children’s special needs, their mother must be a homemaker and their father becomes the only income earner of the family. He works at a factory with the monthly income of approximate $200.
