Jhomac was referred by a charity home for proper case management. Jhomac was taking medicines for a cold. Jhomac was admitted to the Nursery Intensive Care Unit of the said hospital for monitoring since his biological mother consumed unhealthy substances during the pregnancy period. He was discharged to his biological family but, he was re-admitted to the hospital due to sickness and fever. He was treated for pneumonia and acute gastroenteritis. He was not discharged to his biological family due to neglect. His biological family and any of his relatives refused to take him under custody. Thus, he was transferred to the orphanage.
