Cheneza was admitted to this center after being rescued by the City Social Welfare and Development Office from her parents due to an alleged unsafe home environment. The child is to be reunified with her maternal relatives upon receipt of a favorable assessment to maintain proper development and normal nutritional and health status until discharge from the center.
