Lydio was transferred from New Faith Family Children’s Home, due to its closure. Upon admission, the child was well and no other serious illness aside from cough and cold. The child was abandoned by the biological parents and his relatives were not able to provide his needs. Returning him to his relatives will not be the best interest for him.
