The child is being raised by her mother alone along with her 4 other siblings. The child’s mother is a vendor of snacks and soft drinks at the Public Plaza. She has difficulty providing all the needs of her children. HOLT’s assistance could lessen the burden of the family and could help the child to be more effective in her daily activity especially in school. Their goal is for the child to continue her education.
