Ronald was referred by the Schools Division Office as a beneficiary for the Educational Assistance in Malabon City. The child was healthy and was going well amidst the pandemic. Ronald is in the care of his mother. She is the only one working for their family with 5 of her children staying in school. It is a challenge for them to go through every day considering the needs of every child.
