Faith was highly recommended to be accepted in the educational program to prevent her from dropping out from school and lessen the economic burden of the family. Faith was generally healthy. Doesn’t feel any sickness from the past months. She has a proper hygiene and a good body built and posture. Faith comes from a low income family wherein their needs are only enough for their everyday needs. The amount they are earning is not enough to provide for other school necessities.
