Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Caloocan City, this child was one of the students referred by the SDO Caloocan City. Mateo has a proper height and weight appropriate for his age. He has a normal body built and condition. He comes from a low income family wherein their needs are only enough for their everyday needs. The amount they are earning is not enough to provide for other school necessities.
