Remuel was referred by DepEd School Division Office for the Educational Assistance of Holt International thru KBF Family and Community Outreach Program. Upon admission, Remuel was alert and healthy. Remuel is the second son among five children of his parents. His father is a taxi-driver and earns a minimal income while her mother is a housewife. His father’s income is not enough to provide all the needs of the children, especially the educational needs.
