I'm a girl, 16 years old and live in Mongolia.
The Informal school is a government school which focus on lifetime education to the citizens. Majority of students are school dropouts, from vulnerable, large families who have financial problem, lack of proper documents, or have medical issues. Other reasons of school dropout include not able to provide school uniform, clean clothes, school items and foods. However, the students and the families have high hopes to receive primary and secondary education. Our program aims to offer hot meal and school supplies to the students involved in the informal school.
Namuundari had hip dislocation and received surgical treatment. When she was young she used get sick a lot and it was informed that she was given too much of antibiotics to treat cold, sore throat and pneumonia.
The family is large and has 6 children. The father works as a taxi driver, mother stays home, looks after 2 young children. The family live in a Ger district. Besides their own children, they also take care of sister's two kids. One child has health issue. The economic crises in the country is creating more challenges to the low income families.
