Isaac's caregivers describe him as a shy, cuddly, curious, joyful and quiet child. He loves coloring, playing in the sand and going for walks. Isaac also likes to make others laugh by making funny faces. He is easily scared so it can be hard for him to vocalize his needs, but he keeps trying and is determined to let others know what he needs.

Isaac's ideal adoptive family should have access to occupational, physical and speech therapies, as well as to excellent medical and educational resources to help him reach his full potential.
