With 25 years of experience working with Holt International, Ann Cleary serves as Director of Holt's California Branch Office. She received both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and has a background in children's mental health. Ann is passionate about Holt's mission and dedicated to giving adoptive parents quality preparation and support.

Katya holds a bachelor's degree in public health and a master's degree in public health promotion and education from National University. She is passionate about Holt's mission and helping to find loving adoptive families for children. Through her personal and educational background, Katya has developed unique skills and insight for child welfare work. And in her role as the California branch assistant, Katya is committed to helping families in California navigate the adoption journey from the point of application to the final completion of the legal process.
Carolyn Cain, MSW
Social Worker | Central CA
For several years Carolyn studied at a Bible college before completing her Bachelor's degree in human services and receiving a Master's degree in social work from California State University Long Beach. Carolyn and her husband live in Clovis, California and have four girls, two of whom were adopted from China through Holt. Before deciding to become a stay-at-home mom, Carolyn worked for several years at Holt International. In addition to her experience in international adoption, Carolyn has also worked with a private foster care agency. In August 2009, Carolyn happily resumed her work with Holt International, helping families through the adoption process as a social worker.
Michael Guinn, MA
Social Worker | Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino & San Diego counties
With his background in intercountry adoption, foster care social work, and elementary education, Mike has helped Holt "find families for children" in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties since 1999.
Social Worker | Bay Area
Deborah Ingram completed her bachelor's degree in social psychology from the University of California–Santa Cruz, and her master's degree in clinical psychology from Chapman University. Deborah has over 25 years of experience in social services, working within diverse populations in multiple settings including the field of mental health. She is passionate about working with families in her community and has extensive experience working with adoption and children in foster care. Deborah says, "Coming to work with Holt International allows me to participate in the joy of adoption. Holt's commitment to excellence is palpable. I am honored to be a part of our team, and to be a part of Holt families' lives as they embark on the amazing journey of adoption."
Social Worker | Los Angeles, Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties
Jennifer has 20 years of experience working with families and individuals providing mental health services and medical social work support. She received her master's degree in social work with a focus on family-centered practice from Dominican University and is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with Holt adoptive families. She has lived throughout the United States, most recently hailing from Wisconsin, and she is now happy to be back in her home state of California. Having traveled to China with friends adopting through Holt, Jennifer is eager to support families throughout the adoption process and especially looks forward to hearing families' stories about travel and meeting their children.
Sungeun Park, MSW
Social Worker | Southern CA, Korean-Speaking Families
Sungeun's broad experience in family therapy and parental counseling in both the United States and Korea make her a wonderful asset to Holt's team. With a Master's degree in social work, Sungeun has served adoptive families in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino and San Diego since 2004, specializing in Korean adoption. Fluent in Korean and English, Sungeun is uniquely qualified to assist adoptive families in the United States and Korea.
Stacy Rohrs, LCSW
Social Worker | Bay Area
Bringing over 10 years to the field of clinical social work, Stacy's professional experience ranges from medical facilities to homeless shelters to community mental health. She spent her undergraduate career collaborating with Native American communities living in northern Arizona. She has called the Bay Area home for 10 years, the last six of which included early intervention work in San Mateo, San Francisco and Alameda Counties. Her specialties include: early childhood development, infant mental health, and attachment-focused therapy with adoptive parents, birth parents, and adoptees ages birth to 5. Stacy is excited to work with families as they prepare to welcome a child into their hearts and homes through adoption. She especially loves hearing about their travel experiences and when they first meet their child.

Sam has over 10 years of experience working with children and families. She began her career as a middle school teacher and then earned her master's degree in social work from The University of Texas at Austin before moving to California. Sam has worked with Child Protective Services, private foster agencies and in community counseling. Sam loves helping families and children find stability and happiness.
