Volunteer at a Concert, Advocate for Vulnerable Children

One night of your time can positively transform a child's life forever!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Holt International at a concert event near you. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, concert tours are being rescheduled. Please check back for list of new concert dates coming soon.

We are happy to report that during our 2016-2017 Winter Jam tours, over 7,800 Holt volunteers served nearly 55,000 hours advocating for children! From coast to coast, their efforts contributed to bringing in nearly 6,000 new sponsors for children around the world!

“Thank you for your amazing work — we are so touched and inspired by your heart for children. Your advocacy is vital in ensuring that we meet the needs of vulnerable children all around the world. The future looks brighter because of people like you and we can’t wait to see what we will accomplish together next year! — Alycia Fahr-Zarlons, sponsorship team

Volunteer Requirements

To register to volunteer at a Holt-sponsored event, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have a valid email address
  • Accept the terms of Holt’s Volunteer Work Agreement

Required training after registration includes:

  • Adoptive Parent Volunteers With Children Under 16: We are seeking the support of adoptive families to work tables at the events this year! Holt allows each adoptive parent volunteer to bring up to two of their own minor children as guests to accompany. Children under 16 are not permitted to manage the payment information on our sign-up forms so we ask for your help with this compliance. When registering, there is a place on the form to indicate that you would like to bring your children when you volunteer.

Register a Group of Volunteers

A registered volunteer may add additional “guest volunteers” as part of a group during registration. These volunteers must also adhere to the above volunteer requirements.

  • Please include the number of guests that will be accompanying you. This includes guest volunteers and adoptee minors entering for free.
  • Due to security at the venues, volunteers must provide first and last names of EVERY guest coming through the volunteer entrance when registering. This includes guest volunteers and adoptee minors entering for free.
