Hue’s family is one of households living near poverty line in Ung Hoa district, Hanoi, Vietnam. She lives with her parents and four sisters. Her parents do not have stable jobs. Her father works at a toothpick factory, and her mother earns from weaving baskets at home, earning a meager income.
