Hi, I'm Anand
I'm a boy, 9 years old and live in Mongolia.
The child was first brought to kindergarten by his mother on September 22, 2020. He was at home care without any physical therapy. His parents heard from a friend that there was a state special needs kindergarten nationwide in Ulaanbaatar. Parents were happy that their son was able to be involved in a new, comfortable and beautiful kindergarten.
Upon arrival, he was diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy, and his legs were stiff, and there was lack of mobility in the muscle group on both legs. Both legs were turned inward and impacted his balance. He required physical assistance in most daily living activities.
He lives with his parents and his younger brother. Dad works full time; mom doesn’t work to take care of her children. They live in apartments.
