Hi, I'm Amin-Iveel
I'm a girl, 10 years old and live in Mongolia.
A specialist from the Family, Child and Youth Development Department of Khan-Uul District, handed three siblings over to the Big Family Center House#2 on January 19. Amin-Iveel’s birth parents were alcoholics and they both died on January 4, 2021. Amin-Iveel has left an orphan with two siblings. The children have lived in temporary shelters before arriving at the center.
Upon arrival, her emotions were restrained and observed. She was less emotional and hugged her little brother many times. She was physically well developed and had age-appropriate height and weight.
Her father and mother were alcohol dependent and passed away. Amina-Iveel’s older sister Amina is 8 years old and younger brother Ganbold is 1.5 years old. They lived in ger areas, where living conditions were poor, careless, and neglected. There were no siblings, grandparents or relatives to take care of them.
