Hi, I'm Meba
I'm a girl, 15 years old and live in Ethiopia.
The Kebele and Wallana 1st Kale Heywet church selected the child and the child has been brought in to care by her family. Because the child’s family is not capable of addressing her educational needs due to their poor economic status and there is little access to free and quality preschool education in close proximity to where the child is residing. The child, thus joined wallana KG and got enrolled in the sponsorship program to overcome the challenges that hinder her from pursuing her early childhood education.
Meba has a good health condition both mentally and physically. She has also good appetite for foods
Meba is living with her mother and siblings. She has 4 siblings; 1 brother and 3 sisters and she is the 5th child in her family. Her father died and her mother is a farmer, which is subsistence farming in a small plot of land which is not fertile because it washed away with flood. Meba’s parent is struggling to address the basic needs and educational materials needs of the child. Due to this; she believes that having the Wallana KG school in the area is a great opportunity to teach her child without school fee.
