Hi, I'm Meaza
I'm a girl, 8 years old and live in Ethiopia.
The Kebele and Wallana 1st Kale Heywet church selected the child and the child has been brought in to care by her family. Because the child’s family is not capable of addressing her educational needs due to their poor economic status and there is little access to free and quality preschool education in close proximity to where the child is residing. The child, thus joined wallana KG and got enrolled in the sponsorship program to overcome the challenges that hinder her from pursuing her early childhood education.
Meaza is a healthy child both mentally and physically at the time of admission. But she has a history of malaria.
Meaza is living with both parents with a family size of 7. She is the 4th child and has 4 siblings of which 3 brothers and 1 sister. Her father is a farmer which is, subsistence farming and her mother is a housewife. The parents are struggling to address the basic needs and educational materials needs of their children. Due to this; they believe that having the Wallana KG school in the area is a great opportunity.
