Yu Zhang was sent to Fuzhou Social Welfare Center by Dongxiang Orphanage on December 2020 because the local policy. We brought her into our care so she can receive better care. She has adapted to the life of Fuzhou orphanage. Since she is an abandoned child, we don't have any information about her background or birth family.
