Yu Ren Dang was sent to Fuzhou Social Welfare Center by Dongxiang Orphanage on December 2020 because the local policy. We brought him into our care so he can receive better care. He has Down syndrome. Since he is an abandoned child, we don't have any information about his background or birth family.
