Ruo Xiao Guang was sent to Fuzhou Social Welfare Center by Guangchang Orphanage on December 2020 because the local policy. We brought her into our care so she can receive better care. She suffers from Down syndrome. Since she is an abandoned child, we don't have any information about her background or birth family.
