Wan Tian Fu was found at the gate of Fuzhou social Welfare Center on June 15, 2013. She was sent to the orphanage by policeman at the same day. We placed her into our care so that she can receive better care. She was diagnosed with thalassemia. Since Wan Tian is an abandoned child, we don't know anything about her background or birth family.
