Jing Mei Fu was found at the gate of Fuzhou Hui Gui cemetery on March 1, 2010. She was sent to the orphanage by policeman. We placed her into our care so that she can receive better care. She had meningitis when she was found. Since Jing Mei is an abandoned child, we don't know anything about her background or birth family.
