Hui Qin lives in poverty and her family can't afford the educational expenses. Hui Qin was healthy at the time of admission. Hui Qin lives with her old brother and her grandparents. Her mother died because of an accident, her father passed away in 2017. Her grandparents are very old, and they can't do any work, so they don't have any income.
