Hi, I'm Sopheap
I'm a boy, 10 years old and live in Cambodia.
Sopheap was introduced into our program by the officer of Commune Committee for Women and Children (CCWC) and village chief because his family is one of the poor families in the communities. He has not sufficient food to eat and lacks in proper education. His physical and mental health was fine upon enrollment. Sopheap lives with his parents, a grandmother, and a sister. He is a first child in the family. This family lives in their own house made of zinc. They have only 2500 square meters of land for growing rice especially during their growing rice they need to pay enough moneys. They live in debt because they borrow money from bank to built a house. His father is the breadwinner of the family; he is a construction worker, and earns USD 7 a day, but it is not regular. His mother grows rice and raises some chicken to support the family. His grandmother is old, so she cannot earn any incomes. His sister does not attend school yet.
