Yuki is an active, healthy boy. He enjoys playing soccer and going for walks. He is a good helper and thrives with affirmation and encouragement. Yuki is currently growing in his ability to process and regulate his emotions. He speaks both Bulgarian and Turkish and likes playing on the computer in his spare time.
An ideal adoptive family for Yuki should willing to maintain communication with his siblings. His adoptive parents should have experience with children and teenagers, have no younger children in the home and have access to educational support and ELL services. Yuki will be supported well with the use of TBRI techniques to create an environment of felt safety. An ideal adoptive family will have access to trauma-competent therapists and be open to unknowns.
