For more than 50 years, Holt sponsors and donors have helped transform the lives of children and families in the Philippines. Through our partnership with Kaisahang Buhay Foundation (KBF), your life-changing support provides vital services such as education, medical care, nutrition and pathways to permanent, loving families through reunification, foster care and adoption. That support also includes programs like Independent Living and Educational Assistant (ILEA), which helps prepare young people aging out of orphanage care to thrive in adulthood through life-skills support. Last year alone, your compassion reached more than 12,000 children and families.
This December, we invite you to join us on a very special journey to the Philippines. Together with other Holt supporters, you’ll witness firsthand the powerful difference you make in the lives of children and families — and learn new ways that you can create meaningful change through Holt’s ongoing and future programs.
On the tour, you’ll also immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of the Philippines, taste the cuisine, participate in Christmas celebrations with children and families, visit historical landmarks in Manila and more.

Travel Dates
Saturday, November 28, to Saturday, December 5, 2026
Estimated Cost
Approximately $5,000 – $6,000 per person.
The range in total cost represents the varying cost of air travel depending on departure city and the type of hotel accommodation chosen by each team member. The total cost also includes ground transportation in the Philippines, most meals and a non-refundable required deposit of $1,000 per person. Deposit is due at time of registration.
All details subject to change. Due to fluctuating fuel costs, there may be an increase in the fuel surcharge that is charged to us by the airline, and in that event, we reserve the right to increase our cost accordingly.

- Visit children and families in Holt-supported family strengthening programs, foster care, and nutrition and health programs
- Meet children in Holt’s sponsorship program and young adults enrolled in the ILEA program
- Participate in Christmas parties and activities with children and families
- Assist in a group project to support a local activity center
- Tour various historical landmarks in Manila

Registration Process
Please complete the registration form below to reserve your spot. Registration is limited to 12 participants. A $1,000 deposit is due at the time of registration and may be paid by mailed check or through our online payment form. For questions, please contact Jordan Love at jordanl@holtinternational.org.
Required at Registration
One registration form and a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per traveler will be required upon registration. The remainder of the trip costs and additional forms will be due prior to departure. Your deposit can be paid by check or online at Philippines Vision Trip Payment.
Flights
Holt will book flights through our travel agent, AdTrav, once all participants are registered. You will need to provide Holt with the originating city you will be flying from, your passport number and the expiration date. An advance deposit will be required for tickets in a premium class.
You may also book your own flights if you prefer, but Holt will not be able to assist you should there be any delay or issues while flying.
Entry Visas for U.S. Passport Holders
Visas are not required for this trip. American citizens with valid U.S. passports may enter the Philippines for a period of 30 days without a visa (arrival day counts as day number one).
Travelers to the Philippines will be required to fill out the eTravel form within 72 hours of arrival.
Deposit Fee and Final Payment
There is a non-refundable required deposit of $1,000 per traveler. This fee is included in the cost of the tour and should be paid at the time of registration. The remainder of the tour costs will be due prior to departure, and you will be invoiced for the final amount. Methods for final payments are listed below.

Extended Travel
Whenever possible, we prefer that the group travels and arrives together. If you are interested in spending additional time in the Philippines, we recommend planning your extended stay for after the tour concludes. Please contact Holt and let us know so we can help you with that process!
Recommendations
We always recommend checking the U.S. State Department’s website for any travel advisories prior to departure. Travelers should also consult their family physician regarding vaccinations or medical conditions.

Philippines Vision Trip Registration
The traveler form consists of six pages and takes approximately five minutes per page. You may save this form and continue later. However, if you exit the traveler form, you will lose your data. Please gather the following documents for each traveler before completing the form:
- Passport
- List of medications (and reason for taking them)
- Emergency contact (name and phone number)
- Medical history
- Travel membership information
