I'm a girl, 12 years old and live in Southeast Asia.
The child’s father is a family driver. The couple got separated. The father has another family. The mother single-handedly raised the five children as habal driver. With five children who are in school, the monthly house rental of P1,500.00, the monthly water and electric bill of P1135.00, and food expenses of P6,000.00, the monthly income of the mother proves to be remotely insufficient to sustain the daily needs of the family, more so for the educational needs of the child. Left to herself, the continuity of the child’s studies is deemed impossible. The child needs to be supported with his educational supplies and other school-related expenses. The family is very poor. We hope that the child can finish her studies. Through education, the child can help herself and her family out of poverty.
