The child’s biological parent’s could barely provide for the child’s need due to their low income. Her mother has to take several part time work to sustain their needs. The assistance of HOLT would help relieve the family’s expenses as it shoulders some needs of the child when it comes to Education. Their goal is to improve their life situation.
