The child's father works as a construction worker on an irregular basis. Due to financial constraints, the child went to school with incomplete school materials with him and sometimes cannot comply with school requirements. With Holt support, this challenge could be prevented and provide the child an opportunity to finish his schooling with complete school materials. He wanted to become a Policeman someday to help his family and siblings.
