Walter’s father is a pedicab driver earning a minimal amount which is not sufficient for their everyday needs, especially that they are 9 in the family. The family really needs assistance for Walter’s education such as school supplies and uniforms. Despite this situation, the child would like to pursue his ambition to be a soldier.
