Rhianna was referred by the Schools Division Office as a beneficiary for the Educational Assistance in Malabon City. She came from a low income family, her parents lost their job when the pandemic hit and they are still trying to recover from it by finding stable jobs with good income. As the school year will soon start, she doesn’t have yet the educational materials she need to attend school.
